History of DigiNet

DigiNet is based on cybernetic self-governing system OGAS, built by the Soviet Union. Once President Gorbachev overcame his illness and enacted reforms to automate the Soviet government with OGAS, the rest of the world quickly followed suit. Even here in America, OGAS replaced ARPANET and became the most popular and most widely dispersed system. We call the American version of the system DigiNet. This network is completely owned and maintined by the U.S. Government and is implemented is all aspects of life. DigiNet is connected to every phone, laptop, school, factory, etc. in order to use its optimization algorithms to help people and the government make decisions.
